^{PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS}

^{PAYMENTS:}^

^{> Payments are only through dollars [USD], I do not accept any other form of currency.
> Payments are also through Square or PayPal ONLY.
> I reserve the right to make additional payments which may or may not include the following: Wings/Extra Limbs/etc., Complex Characters, Private Commissions, Extra Artwork Elements, Etc.}

^{PAYMENT PLANS:}^

^{> Payment plans may be offered for commissions over $150.
> A $50 deposit must be made on a set date between commissioner and myself and is nonrefundable. A deposit is also required for new commissioners if payment cannot be made immediately to hold the commission slot. This is not required for commissioners that have already established an artist/customer relationship.
> After receiving a deposit, I will draw a sketch and then wait to finish your commission until payment has been received in full.}

^{REFUNDS AND RETURNS:}^

^> Full refunds can only be made if the commission HAS NOT BEEN STARTED. Partial refunds can be made at various stages of the commission but is up for me as the artist to determine if applicable and percentage of refund.
> If contact with the purchaser is difficult (not responding to my messages), I reserve the right to put the auction, YCH, or commission slot back on my social medias for others who are interested. Such person gets a 100% refund and the slot is assigned for another purchaser. ^
> Please keep in mind, I AM A SLOW ARTIST!!! I take time to put detail into each and every piece I do - please do not take this as I have forgotten about your commission as I ave a 100% turnaround rate.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

^{> I provide WIPS (work in progresses) in 2 of my 4 stages of work which will be sent via private message at the preferred place of contact - this may include FurAffinity Notes, Discord, Twitter, or Email.}

^{SKETCH/WIP 1:}^

^{> Once receiving full payment or the down payment of a payment plan, I will send the purchaser a sketch. There will be one chance in making changes to the sketch. Upon making the changes I will send over the revised sketch. If there are changes that were not brought up when viewing the initial sketch, the next changes will result in a fee. I put a lot of time into my work so making changes over and over again results in me getting behind on other commissions and becomes both frustrating for me as an artist and the commissioner. (Please note that if I missed a detail on your character, this does not result in extra fees!)}

^{LINE ART:}^

^{> After the sketch approval, I proceed to line my sketch work. This is where I work on refining the sketch and adding details in the art. The pose may be altered slightly in the linework phase but not a significant amount. No WIP is provided during this stage.}

^{FLAT COLOR/WIP 2:}^

^{> This is the second WIP you will receive. This is ensuring that all the colors for the piece are to your liking and to make sure that the color of the reference character is correct as well. Small color changes are free one time.}

^{SHADING/RENDERING:}^

^{>After finishing the work, I will send a link (typically Google Drive) to download the art files. I include two different sizes of artwork. One size is the original high-quality version for personal use and the other is a web-sized version. The web-sized version ensure the correct dimensions so that FurAffinity, Twitter, etc. does not shrink your artwork upon posting. More information will be included in the artwork folder of your commission.}

RESOLUTION RULES

^{> As mentioned above, the purchaser will receive 2 sizes of the commission. A high resolution and a web version.}

^{> HIGH RESOLUTION - This is the size I work on. Publishing it to websites is forbidden as this is why I provide the web size version.}
^{> WEB RESOLUTION - This size is allowed for publishing the artwork online and is the preferred way file to send to other people.}

ARTISTIC FREEDOM

^{> An artistic version is achieved through a private order, challenges, or a YCH. "Artistic Freedom", is where the client provides 2-3 keywords for the artist and then the artist creates the piece of work using those keywords. It is upon the artist's discretion to chose a pose, background, and other artistical elements that are determined under the negotiations. The client can request WIPS's however please let me know upfront.}

TURNAROUND/DELIVERY TIME

^{> Delivery time depends on the amount of free time I have. Please keep in mind that I have health issues, as well as a full-time job, and am enrolled full-time in college; therefore commissions can widely range in terms of estimated completion time. I do provide constant updates on my Trello and will announce if there will be a delay when I cannot work. I do not accept deadlines although if the art is for a birthday, holiday, etc. please let me know at least 4 weeks in advance before the final date - I will do my best to finish the commission on time.}
^{> Please keep in mind, I AM A SLOW ARTIST!!! I take time to put detail into each and every piece I do - please do not take this as I have forgotten about your commission as I have a 100% turnaround rate. If you give me the time I need to live my busy life, as well as get my art work done, I will deliver a good result. Do NOT rush me and do NOT ask me constantly about the status of your commission}
^{> With all of the above information in mind, please know that a commission can take me as little as a month to complete all the way to a 12 months to complete - it ranges again due to personal reasons as well the amount of free time I have. If this does not work for you, please ask me or do not commission me -> I am just wanting to be upfront..}

COPYRIGHT

^{> All copyrights go only to the artist Icebounde. They are inalienable and protected by law. Please contact me for commercial use pricing. I reserve the full rights to my artwork. Full rights entail the right to use, publish, re-post, and alter the artwork as I wish, as well as selling prints of the artwork.
> I agree to place arts on other profiles in the web-sized versions, but only with a link to my account. > Every art has my signatures, removing it = breaking the copyright.
> By ordering artwork from me, you automatically agree to me displaying the piece however I please.}
